I'm curious about how the Health Care Security Ordinance plays out at most lower-end jobs--do most employers (restaurants and the like) just pay $ toward Health San Francisco fees (75% discount) or do many actually give insurance? And how in the world is 75% of these costs anywhere close to the required $1.23/hour expenditure that companies must make toward an employee's healthcare?
